Rated 3.3 out of 5 by 7 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Could be better I am a fan of Gaiam products, and love the Rodney Yee yoga videos I purchased from them, however this video is not one I recommend for the simple reason that the moves are poorly described verbally- which makes it very challenging to follow.  You basically have to watch the video and mimic the movements and try to figure it out. Rated 5 out of 5 by Good for me I am fairly new to Tai Chi and Qi Gong. True, this seems more Qi Gong to me, but whatever the label it is helpful and very good for me. I have other DVD's also, and reading other reviews, don't feel I need all the education on each one. I feel the benefits to my health, this is a worthwhile DVD. June 10, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by More of a qigong DVD This DVD was more of a qigong DVD that one on Tai Chi, I would return it if Video's were returnable June 1, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by It is a great way to start and end the day... I have had this video for some time. It is so good that I gave it to a friend and bought another for myself!  December 22, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointing Though locales and performers of the moves in this DVD are lovely, not only is this NOT 24 or 48-form Tai Chi, it's not Tai Chi at all. There is little or no explanation of why you need to practice diaphragmatic breathing while performing the moves, not to mention the fact that they don't tell you as they do it, the point of origin of the energy involved in creating the movement. All you need to do is mimic it. Monkey See-Monkey Do. Not at all healing or even helpful. October 14, 2011

Hello,
I had the wonderful AM/PM Chi for Beginners when it was available only in VCR format. I no longer have a VCR and have been trying to find the same exercises on dvd. Is this the same? I liked the gentleness of the movements and they would work perfectly for me as I am now on the verge of 66 years. Do the AM and PM Chi dvds sell separately?
Thanks A Bunch!
