Rated 3.9 out of 5 by 40 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by tricky I really wanted to love this but found it awkward to use and made the flow bumpy. I had difficulty performing some of the exercises and hope I can get better with practice , although I'm not sure I'll grab it often. Good level of resistance. Be aware...made of latex. July 26, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Really good product but needs exercise booklet I love this product but really wish it came with an exercise chart  or booklet ...  Not everyone travels with a DVD player  and also sometimes you want to workout at your own speed  or not be bothering with fast forwarding constantly through the introduction or sometimes you might want to exercise in a room without a tv set or even outside !! There's so many great exercises it would be wonderful to have a portable chart or booklet to use anytime !!! December 31, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy to use for a Pilates Newbie Even though I'm Petite (5'4") and pretty new to Pilates, I found this Dvd workout easy to use from the get go. I'm flexible in some parts but not all, especially my arms - can not reach back yet with the band. But I try to use the workout at least twice a week and it has gotten easier since I bought it a month ago. I did do Pilates at a sports club a couple of times and have done yoga. But doing this at home has helped me with my endurance. I have RA, FM and other autoimmune illnesses, that make it difficult to go to gyms and maintain memberships. So doing these workouts at home is a very positive thing. March 10, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Beginner I purchased this thinking it would be challenging, but it's not. Work out is SUPER EASY. I have never done pilates and was hoping for a challenge so I'm really disappointed. January 16, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by CorePlus Reformer I exercise on a daily basis. Two days a week I do yoga. Three days a week I do strength training, biking, treadmill and elliptical. I have tried many exercise DVDs but this one for the core reformer is one I plan on sending back. I do not like the band or the DVD. May 2, 2012

Answer:
The CorePlus Reformer is made with Latex. Unfortunately at this time we do not have a latex free version. We do have several Core Focused workout videos that do not require equipment. If you need assistance in choosing one, we are happy help at customerservice@gaiam.com!

I bought the Core Reformer awhile ago and I love it but over time the DVD has become damaged and won't play anymore. Can I buy a replacement DVD? Or better yet, a download I can save to my hard drive?  Thanks!

Using the reformer for the first time,  one of the bands disconnected. From the ball joint.  I have tried to reconnect it, but the tubing is very thick and I have been unable to pass the tubing over the ball.
Please advise.

Answer:
We cannot recommend reconnecting it as we cannot validate that the reformer will continue performing as designed. Please return it at the place of purchase or if located in the US/Canada, please contact customer service at 1-877-989-6321 so we can discuss options to exchange the item.

I have been training in a pilates studio with the reformer, etc., for about three months once a week. Now I want to continue on my own. I need help with choosing between the reformer and the total total toning set.

Answer:
It really depends on what you are looking for. If you are trying to supplement existing classes I would go with the total toning set since you have access to a reformer in class. If you are discontinuing classes and you enjoy using the reformers I would go with the Core Plus Reformer and then eventually add the total toning set for variety. Resistance training trains muscles differently than weight training so I like to use them side by side.
