Total run time: 105 minutes

Constant Cardio (20 minutes): Ignite your metabolism with this fat-burning yoga workout. Your body will be in constant motion as you build heat and torch calories.

Energy and Endurance (25 minutes): This practice focuses on increasing endurance and building strength while helping you create long lines and tone muscle.

Sustained Burn (25 minutes): Sustain calorie burn by building and maintaining heat in the body. You’ll learn how moving purposefully from one pose to the next keeps your heart rate elevated to achieve calorie-killing results long after the workout is complete.

Rise and Shine (15 minutes): Learn how starting each day with a sun salutation invigorates the body and gets your engine revving to burn calories all day long.

Balance and Restore (20 minutes): This slower, gentler practice allows you to balance and focus the mind while increasing flexibility and muscle tone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it! There are so many things I like about this DVD. 1) It gives you 6 different practices (not 5 as it says on the DVD cover), ranging from 15 to 25 minutes. 2) Because the practices are relatively short in length, it's a lot easier to fit into my schedule. I like to fit yoga in before I go to work in the morning. 3) The moves the instructor incorporates are unique and some of them are very challenging and stretch/push my body in new ways. Some have taken me months to "master." I am a fitness instructor who does a lot of high impact cardio as well as strength work. I have struggled with injuries to my joints, especially as I have gotten older. The practices on this DVD,while building strength, also help keep my muscles and joints limber and flexible. And I can chose the practice that best fits my needs for that day. The practice also leaves me calm and relaxed and ready to start my day. June 10, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by One of my favourites. While I wouldn't quite call this a cardio workout, it's definitely one of my favourites because it doesn't bore me. I find that sometimes yoga can be a little slow when you're holding the same poses over and over again, but this work out is fairly fast paced and enjoyable so it goes by quickly. Some of the moves are not suitable for beginners, but I would recommend it for intermediate yoga practitioners who are looking for something a little different. April 19, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Eh.. its OK Not really a YOGA DVD, not really sure what type it is. Perhaps a stretching/toning DVD? Yoga is active with Asanas or poses that flow smoothly and you work/sweat some. That said: I have done the first 3, with the 3rd being one i'll do again. The first 2 are disappointing to me, I almost didn't continue after the first one. I haven't tried the last 3, but I will update  after I do. Hope this is helpful. January 7, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by too fast-paced-can't see what's going on This is one of two yoga dvds I purchased, and I have the same problem with both of them.  Too much time is spent in positions with my head down, and therefore I am not able to watch the television.   Without being able to see the exact moves, I have to rely on this narrator's instruction, which would be ok, except that she talks way too  fast.  I would love a yoga dvd that I could actually watch without constantly lifting my head and straining my neck to see the tv.  I will give this one a couple more tries, though. Rated 5 out of 5 by Fun way to bring cardio into your practice I enjoy this DVD; the workouts are creative and fun, and challenging. This is a really great way to build in some cardio to my yoga practice.  October 7, 2014
