I have been using this device in my yoga classes for the last couple of weeks and I absolutely love it. I have a very bad back, and many inversions are out of reach for me. With the Back Wave I can now do bridges and other inversion poses. I am also using the Back Wave to assist me in sitting poses as it helps me improve my posture and deepen my sitting twists. I have not used this device as back support outside of yoga much but the few times I tried, it was very comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

My back is pretty bent wrong so to use this on the floor is hard. But using it behind me while driving is great. Also watching TV!

For me, the product does not work. I don't have a hard surface other than the floor to use this product. It is difficult for me to get down and up from the floor. Very unsatisfied, should have read more about 'how to use' Ended up using it as a back rest but feel no difference with or without with my chair. Searched for a video for ways to use, none...

Takes some getting used to and the relaxation factor is somewhat lost due to this factor. I tend to use it to rest my leg on when lying on the floor. It IS good, tho. on the back of my office chair...

i use the Backwave II for five minutes twice a day and also for lumbar support in my chair and car seat. I already feel better.
