Rated 4 out of 5 by Good video and variety I have done all the routines once and must say I was very surprised that the walking segment was as good of a workout as it is! Cardio Burn and Sculpt is also another very good workout. The other three are marginal for intensity; but I was sore the next day from Budokan and Cardio Burn Yoga. Dance just isn't something I really do much; but I like how basic it is for learning the moves. So I would recommend doing those three with something else if you need more from your workouts like I do. For the cost, the number and length of videos is great. April 13, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good for those wanting variety I bought Tanja Djelevic's Cardio Burn Balance Ball workout and loved it.  Even though it was effective I wanted something that was more cardio and less strength training.   I enjoyed the walking segment more than I thought I would.  The dancing segment was fun and I felt the burn the next day.  The only issue with the dancing segment is that there is no cool down.  Also, the cuing is more like you're actually trying to learn dance moves rather than your typical aerobic cuing.  Like you're with a group of friends and you're trying to get something together.  This may throw some people off  who is used to the up, down, right, left, cuing.  A couple of times there was no cuing.  Still, I enjoyed it.   I became interested in the full version if available.  I don't do yoga so I can't write about that.  I didn't know what Budokon was and had to look it up.  Apparently it mixes martial arts and yoga.  I was intrigued by the martial arts but, again, I don't do yoga so that was ruled out.  So basically, I was left with three of the five.  Tanya's segment is more sculpting than cardio so I don't do that as often because I do that on other days.  But I haven't ruled it out.  I didn't rate this three starts because I believe it's a little better than average.  And it added a bit of life to my workout.   April 9, 2015

Rated 4 out of 5 by Effective for all.... I love that there is a different work out for each day and each work out is very effective but leaves you still being able to get on with your day. This is a great addition to ANYONE'S fitness collection and it doesn't matter if you are a beginner or advance when it comes to working out this DVD is something all will enjoy ツ May 29, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by No more boring exercise I was getting so bored with the same pilates workout I have variety and each segment has a "fun factor". I especially like the dancer's body segment. The instructor takes you step by step through a dance routine and by the end of the 30 minutes you are doing a nice little dance routine and using every muscle in your body...okay it takes a little practice too, but the payoff is worth it!
