Rated 5 out of 5 by Calm I love the Prenatal DVD box set, it has helped me stay fit and calm during my triplet pregnancy! February 23, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by 1 video to ruin the set The two yoga videos are great. I've used them a lot and am glad to have them. The 3rd workout video with Sanders completely turns me off. The music is an awful 16measure repeat of some world/techno beat attempt. Then there is Ms. Sanders banter about not getting a big booty, but this isn't about weight-loss, now look at the great bod on my sister-in-law. I was committed to make it through the workout, but I decided there was no good reason to continue to subject myself to the silly back and forth chatter and horribad music. Besides, I have other videos. Some people enjoy that type of flip, I'm not one of them. I'm more of a Gurmukh kinda gal. I'd buy separately if I had it to do again, and save the family a few dollars.
