Rated 3 out of 5 by ddgg Good DVD but for more Advanced
Good DVD and very fast paced workouts. However, I don't think this is the best DVD for me. The fast pace and constant bending is challenging on my back so I'll probably go back to slower paced yoga workouts with less bending. If you don't experience strain, though, these are both good workouts that will keep you moving constantly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by opusone Good for a quick and effective workout
I have been doing yoga for 2 yrs now, 5 days a week. I do this in the morning when I want a quick workout that's not too strenuous, but effective enough. It's quick and not too hard for me whatsoever. If you're looking for a challenge, I don't think this is it. I have about 10 of the Rodney Yee dvds and I use this one pretty regularly!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lepe My Favorite Rodney Yee DVD
This is my favorite yoga DVD. It's under 1/2 hour, so I can fit it in every morning before work. It's not so difficult that I dread doing it... but yet it has given me a huge amount of strength and flexibly. I highly recommend this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Grant I just wanted to take a moment to respond to the other comment. Power yoga is based on Vinyasa, a type of yoga where the participant moves quickly from one position to another. I really like this type of yoga and would recommend it to anyone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by EmilyG A little too quick...
This video is good for someone who is familiar with the basic poses since the workout moves so quickly that I would imagine it would be difficult to learn as you go. However, this video is definitely for beginners who have taken a couple classes. You do sequences of downward facing dog, cobra, plank, quick lunges, and tree. The complaint I have is that you don't hold poses for very long and I don't feel very stretched out from it. I enjoy holding poses for at least 30 seconds each and Rodney jumps through them, holding each for about 5 seconds. This video is very short (25 minutes) so I guess you shouldn't expect a very thorough yoga workout.
