Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 6 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by don't waste your money or time I got this DVD to help with recovery from a broken ankle. Years ago I got a pilates DVD for thesame purpose - to aid in broken ankle recovery. I loved the workout as it allowed me to stretch and get some low to nonimpact cardio while stuck on crutches. But this DVD is nothing like a workout and way too easy. Each exercise is over before it's begun. The instructor spends forever telling you how to do the exercise slowly, then she races through the rest of it at lightning speed but only for a couple of sets! Have confidence in yourself and get an intermediate DVD, not this beginner one. April 17, 2010
