I've been practicing pilates for nearly 7 years. I got out of it and needed a good intermediate refresher. I popped this DVD in and 60 min later I felt like I didn't even workout. She spent too much time explaining things - should have learned this in the beginning DVD. I wish the exercises would have been at a faster tempo. This was a waste of my money.
I was raised on Mari Wensor and I was foolish to experiment with someone else.

I thought this was a good intermediate video. It has good instruction and goes at a good pace. If you have done pilates for awhile, it may not be challenging enough, but all in all, a good purchase.

I am new to pilates, so I think I should have started with the beginner DVD, which I'm about to order. That said, by just doing this workout twice, I could feel the difference in my strength. I would recommend this DVD!

IT IS A GOOD STEP UP FROM THE BEGINNING VIDEO. IT IS A GOOD CHALLENGE. I LOVE ANA CABAN, VERY EASY TO LISTEN TOO.

I like that it has 2 workouts; 2nd one is shorter, but covers the main exercises. I prefer the setting were Ana is explaining as she goes along, rather than the 'prettier' setting where she is the narrator. You get to see her do both- the later in the shorter workout. It is a pretty background though... A lot of the exercises are same as in the beginner one, but here there is less explaining.
