Rated 4 out of 5 Perfect For Beginners I have had IBS for quite some time and have done a lot of research on the subject. The information on the DVD would be good for some one who knows nothing about IBS. However, I did find the yoga and meditation with Rodney very nice and appropriate for what the DVD is trying to accomplish. For that reason, if you struggle with IBS and enjoy yoga this is a nice relaxation video for when you're hurting. February 17, 2011

Great question! IBS, Constipation, and Celiac Disease all affect the digestive system. Although this DVD is specific to IBS, it can be very beneficial to those with Celiac Disease and/or Chronic Constipation. The condition-specific relaxation yoga poses will help with digestion. The mediation exercises will help with stress, which is a large contributor to digestive problems.

I have been a migraine sufferer for 29 years, since I was three years old. I have been told over the years that the migraines are stress and tension related. I do not know what I could have been stressing over at the age of three, but can accept this theory now at the age of 31. I have tried everything and still not a glimmer of hope. To date I have been placed on a maintanence regimen of anti-depressants and alzhimer meds, which I can say has worked for my daily headaches but not with my chronic severe migraine disease. Please advise.
