I have sciatica pain and I find the am stretch great to do first thing in the morning. After a few weeks it does feel a bit boring but once I stop, I miss it and go right back to it. It is a good first step and very gentle. The PM is the same. I enjoy Madeleine style and easy nature.

I have been using the video for over 3 weeks and I noticed a difference almost immediately. I find I look forward to stretching each morning because I feel absolutely wonderful the rest of the day. It has also made me more aware of my posture which I now correct. The pace is wonderful and I think you can feel successful no matter your ability level.

I was looking for an AM/PM type video to increase my flexibilty. I am very active in my work, but I felt I needed to add some stretching and flexibilty to my daily activities. The stretching is ok, especially for someone new to a daily strecthing routine. However, I feel I will be graduating to a more challenging set of stretches soon. I was really hoping for a stretching routine to work into and use for a longer period of time. It's disappointing that after only a few days I feel ready for for the next step.

there aren't many stretching videos on the market but this is a good one. after only 5 sessions, i've noticed my posture is noticeably better. this, after years of physical therapy! i definitely prefer the a.m. routine because the music on the p.m. routine is dreadful! i really like madeline lewis though and have just purchased her "daily stretch" video.
