This is my third purchase - I love this program so much - that I share it.... One of the gifts - that I gift that keeps on gifting... It has kept me moving and flexible through my years.... I must say that Madeleine Lewis is one of the best at teaching how to do an exercise and why .... I have had many videos and hers are the ones I keep coming back to.

I have been doing this stretch routine fairly regularly for the past seven years and it is excellent. It is not only relaxing but it helps me start my day stress-free and finish the day prepared for a restful night's sleep. The scenery is beautiful and Madeleine is very likable.

So thankful I purchased this DVD. Less than a year ago I had back spasms that brought me to tears with pain & caused me to miss work for an entire week. This DVD, along with continued chiropractic care, has saved my career as a Dental Hygienist. I will most likely order another copy for myself & recommend it almost daily to family, friends & patients. I try not to miss a day, especially the PM Stretch. Highly recommend the purchase.

I originally purchased this video about 6 years ago at a retail outlet for my chronic lower back pain caused by spinal stenosis. I originally used it on rare occasion because it is hard to talk myself into anything when my pain is so intense. Finally about 4 years ago I had decided to lose weight and began doing the A.M. Stretch every other day and very quickly noticed a difference so since then I have used it 4-5 times a week and not only did it help to stimulate my metabolism and make me more active to help with the weight loss that I did successfully but it also seems to be an essential for reducing the pain in my back. I have been so pleased with it that I was happy to see (after inquiring with Customer Service) that they still had it available and now on DVD. I just purchased it for my girlfriend that complains of stiffness. I think she is going to love it too. I highly recommend it!

I first tried this DVD for 6 weeks from my local library. I try to do it about 4 or 5 times a week. I noticed a change after the first week. I can tell it has helped with my back and torso area. Also, has helped my posture. Although, my lower back still gets sore, my core strength seems to be better. I like the way Madeline Lewis slowly walks through each exercise and it explains it. I've looked at several DVD's and she is the best instructor I've seen for exercise. Note: the AM stretch is the one I routinely do.
