Rated 5 out of 5 by Highest recommendation Great stretching DVD for both beginners and advanced. Two choices; AM or PM. I do the PM mostly because it is more relaxing. Look for the scorpion running behind the instructor at the end of the PM stretch. March 15, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by A.M./P.M. Stretch with Madeline Lewis This is a great 30 minute workout for stretching in the morning and recovering from a long day at work or gardening, etc. in the evening. She has a very theraputic, encouraging voice and the setting is so pretty in Lake Louise. I always feel invigorated after doing this DVD. The stretches really help get me going and help my concentration. Have given this to a number of people as it is really inspiring. November 7, 2010
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent for sore backs I have sciatica pain and I find the am stretch great to do first thing in the morning. After a few weeks it does feel a bit boring but once I stop, I miss it and go right back to it. It is a good first step and very gentle. The PM is the same. I enjoy Madeleine style and easy nature. I find I look forward to stretching each morning because I feel absolutely wonderful the rest of the day. It has also made me more aware of my posture which I now correct. The pace is wonderful and I think you can feel successful no matter your ability level. February 13, 2010
Rated 2 out of 5 by OK first step I was looking for an AM/PM type video to increase my flexibilty. I am very active in my work, but I felt I needed to add some stretching and flexibilty to my daily activities. The stretching is ok, especially for someone new to a daily strecthing routine. However, I feel I will be graduating to a more challenging set of stretches soon. I was really hoping for a stretching routine to work into and use for a longer period of time. It's disappointing that after only a few days I feel ready for for the next step. February 3, 2010
