I first tried this DVD for 6 weeks from my local library. I try to do it about 4 or 5 times a week. I noticed a change after the first week. I can tell it has helped with my back and torso area. Also, has helped my posture. Although, my lower back still gets sore, my core strength seems to be better. I like the way Madeline Lewis slowly walks through each exercise and it explains it. I've looked at several DVD's and she is the best instructor I've seen for exercise. Note: the AM stretch is the one I routinely do.

Great tape I use it before my actual work out. Easy following and very clear instructions. Glad I purchased it.

This is my very favorite of all the videos I have used. The setting is gorgeous, the narration is peaceful and informative, the music is peaceful, and the stretches are just right for any time of day. I find both the AM and PM stretches make me feel good all over and leave me feeling refreshed. It would be nice to have another one just exactly the same but with a different stretch routine. Highly recommended!

I bought this at a Whole Foods in San Diego about 10 years ago and just started doing the am and pm stretch. Wow! Wish I had not overlooked this DVD. I find it more effective and comprehensive than yoga for someone with overuse of hands and arms from work. My body craves it now and my eyes look forward to the stunning scenery.

I play this video almost everyday, and I never grow tired of it. I am an avid cyclist, and I love the morning and evening stretches. They are a big part of my training and it keeps me flexible and calm. You will not regret getting this DVD. It's worth the cost.
