Both the express and full workouts are great energy boosters. If you're a beginner or don't have the time to do the full length, I recommend the express (this goes with all her videos).

I am finally getting the time to get back into shape and I always have been found of kickboxing. While looking for a good workout routine I came across this DVD and I am very impress and happy with my purchase. The way the routines are presented is excellent. Miss Moreno takes the time to really teach you proper form while keeping the routine at a high motivated pace. I like the flexibility of increasing the routine at my own pace. I saw results in just one week!! I love it!!

I purchased this after using the Cardio Burn Kickbox DVD since December. I loved that one and this one is even better! 5 individual segments ranging from about 14 minutes to about 35 minutes. None of the segments is overly intense but I love the variety in each one. I've started using these in combination with other DVDs (Leslie Sansone Walking & Debbie Sieber's Cardio Core & Cardio Sculpt). I get a ton of variety this way, multiple total body workouts, and options for varying the intensity. As a bonus, when I'm just plain tired or bored, I can throw this on and do a quick 13 minutes or so. Please tell Patricia to do more like this for intermediate fans!!!

This has been a great DVD to help me get back in shape. I'm married, over 30 and have had 3 children and I work full time. I've been using this DVD almost everyday for 2 months now after work, it's great for beginners who are willing to push them selves a little harder to get back in shape. I've seen improvement in my waistline and over all level of energy already. :)

I have been doing kickboxing for a couple of years. I was hoping to get new combinations and different workouts with this video, as well the the Kickboxing with yoga, but it is actually at a slower pace than what I am used and it did not introduced anything new. With that said, I believe it is a great DVD if you plan on starting kickboxing. After mastering the DVD you are ready to go to a live class.
