Rated 4 out of 5 by A good Sweat I have really enjoyed this dvd! Patricia is so positive and keeps me going even through the tough parts. I find to do all 4 sections is a bit long for me, but I like that I can pick and choose which sections I want to do. I usually start with the puches then move to the kicks. I am just a beginner and the combo section is a little too hard for me. Overall a great workout and keeps me coming back so that I can improve. Like Patricia says "working on your inner strengh will translate to your greatest outter strengh". Thanks January 26, 2009
Rated 2 out of 5 by Just got this dvd in 11/08 I love kickboxing because it is a high intensity total body workout. However, this dvd is not for serious kickboxing fans. The moves are easy to follow, easy to repeat and the short sequences are great even for beginners. But in general, I would say this is a good beginner's kickboxing dvd. However, it will challenge your balance a little bit. If you are looking for something not too lazy or too intense, this is a good middle of the road workout. But if you're looking to sweat and feel like a tough kicking, punching kickboxer, this workout is a little too laid back for that. December 1, 2008
