I have all of Jillian's work out DVD's  and this is by far the best!  What an amazing workout!  Start to finish you are working every part of your body.  The girls in her video are awesome, they are athletes!   She also has a DJ playing Dubstep.  I now have 21 workout DVD's and I work out 6 days a week.  This video is my favorite!  Get it, you will not be sorry! Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Routines I like the combination of moves in the workouts.  The 45 minutes go by pretty quickly.  I hate the lame DJ.  I don't know why the cameraman feels compelled to show viewers the DJ spinning records all the time.  It's pointless and it ruins the focus on working out.  But overall I'd recommend the video because there's a good variety of strength training and cardio moves that give you a good overall sweaty full-body workout.   May 26, 2014
