Rated 5 out of 5 by Not going up a size!!! I am 53 years old. Going through menopause. Hormones are not working right. I watched this infomercial for Jillian's Body Revolution one time and decided I needed this to stay out of a size 14. I was eating right and exercising but still the weight was creeping on me. My uniform pants have a little room in them now after less than a month. I am not following the diet perfectly but exercising this hard has helped with my hunger pangs. I don't eat as much. My heel was injured but now feels better. Maybe because other body parts hurt worse. I take Epsom salt baths and eat ginger and drink ginger tea. Jillian is hard and that is what I needed. She is a motivator. I will return to these workouts to see how and if I can improve. I am surprised that sometimes what was absolutely impossible is now becoming attainable. I will not follow the rigid schedule but I feel I will have all of 2015 to make it through these DVDs. Motivation is what this provides. Thanks Jillian. December 22, 2014

It not only taught me how to loose weight and live healthy but also how to motivate myself, to have a better lifestyle and to push my self to get the results that I need.
