Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 13 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by The instruction is very clear and helpful. I am impressed with the specific instruction and level of knowledge. Unfortunately, I cannot view the entire DVD because it is damaged. December 28, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Does the trick In the beginning, the flow portion moves a little faster than Rodney's Total body. You get to practice more intermediate asanas. Detailed instructions were very helpful in the inversion sequence December 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by The next level! A little more complex than beginner, but a really good workout. Still can't do the upward bow, but working on it! September 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by True Intermediate video I like this video and it gives me more advanced asanas. Rodney Lee is good to explain the poses and helps with the breathing. The pace is good. I like spending time in down dog. Overall, a good video.  June 28, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by GREAT ADDITION TO COLLECTION This dvd is great, a nice addition to a set of dvds I have on yoga. September 16, 2011

I'm traveling at the moment and I only have Mac Book Air which doesn't have a disk slot, so I cannot use DVD's nor would it be suitable for me to have one even from home since I don't own a TV. If they're not downloadable now, could you not make them available for download? It would be better for the environment as well.. :)

With Love,
Kristina

Great question! Unfortunately we do not have the downloads available for purchase separately. When you buy the physical DVD, you get complimentary access to the download.

We are working to have downloads only for purchase, however it is not yet available. Soon to come!

Answer:
The Rodney Yee kit is strictly yoga DVD's, where the AM/PM kit is Yoga, Meditation, and Tai Chi. The Rodney Yee kit is also going to have DVD's that give you more fast past workout. The Yoga routines in AM/PM yoga are a bit slower paced.
