Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product We have the worst water..full of sulpher, clay and minerals. showering with it was awful and left your skin dry and your hair feeling like glue. With the filter in the bathroom, skin is great and hair comes out great. July 13, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for college student I sent this filtering showerhead to my daughter to use at college. She has very hard, chlorinated water and it was drying her hair out terribly. She loves it and says she noticed an immediate difference in her hair. It is easy to use. Just screw on and replace the old showerhead before you leave the dorms! January 24, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Essential Luxury The filter functions very well in reducing chlorine from the shower water. The filters last 6+ months in heavily clorinated Florida. The only problem was with the plastic housing which on our previous unit cracked after about 3-4 years of service. The filter itself works so well we didn't even consider not replacing it. Hopefully they will beef up the housing on future modifications. June 14, 2010
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good product, good price The high output shower filter works well and was reasonably priced. I also have the Oxynator, and the two products seem comparable though this one was less expensive. One drawback is that once you attach the shower head, it may be too low for taller people, depending on the placement of the shower connection and type of shower head. January 18, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Can't do without I've been using the high-output shower filter for a few years and can't do without it; the chlorine levels make it a necessity. Without it skin itches, hair dries out and even breathing seems to be affected. I tried a different shower head without a filter and it lasted only a few days. Now I'm back to the filter and hope it remains available for as long as I need one. August 26, 2009

Answer:
We have well water in our home and it seems to make a difference eventhough we have a top of the line water softner system too. Our naturopathic doctor recommended these filters to us. We own 3; we got one of each.

I used to use it and it worked great. When i put a new filter in, all the water pressure disappeared. Its like a dribble now. What am i doing wrong. I did let the filter run for a while too. Please advise, i dont use your high output shower nozzle but mine always worked fine until this last filter exchange.

Answer:
While not certain without inspecting the unit it appears that something is blocking the water flow. If you have taken the filter apart and inspected the filter and openings and they are free of obstuctions then there is possibly something not properly working with the replacement filter. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-869-3603 to arrange a replacement.
