Rated 2.7 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent product My experience with this watch is wonderful. I’ve got it as a gift and not only that I use it when I exercise, but I use it all the times since it’s so comfortable. I also have a chest strap-on and I monitor calories I burn, fat calories I burn, heart rate and total exercise time. I like the blue neon color of it, too. Big digital display is also very important to me since I wear glasses. All-in-all, I'm very happy with this watch. August 2, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Nice watch, but we lost the manual It seems like a good watch, but we lost the manual for it after opening, so we are not sure of all the features, but it seems to adequately measure heart rate, etc. We would like a pdf of the manual to be certain we are utilizing it properly. Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed Only seems to work when you're completely still! The "sensitive" touch pad is totally unreliable, it probably reads 1 out of 8 attempts to take your heart rate when you're exercising and takes so long to do it that your heart rate has slowed down! I do interval training so this is incredibly frustrating. I bought the watch as I hate wearing a chest strap and hoped it would be a good alternative. It's not and at this price it's an expensive mistake July 9, 2012

My normal heart rate is 90-100 bpm, and this probably is how calories are calculated. If I just start the exe and let the time run, it claims I end up burning as much as 4000 calories in a normal day, only with walking 2.5 miles and then regular cooking and cleaning. If that were the case, the pounds would be dropping off, but this is my daily measure ment, and I don't lose an ounce. How accurate is the caloric burn measurement?

Answer:
In my research before purchasing, there was never mention that this was meant to track day-long activities. My understanding is it is for workouts, and yo have to continually check your heart rate so that the calories will be as close to accurate as possible. You may want to try a product made to track calories and steps.

Answer:
The average person will burn about 2,000 calories a day without exercise. However this unit is not really intended to be ran all day rather just while you exercise. Also you have to take your heart rate frequently through out the day to get an accurate reading. If you are just starting it without taking your heart rate it might be basing your number off a higher than resting heart rate. Or if you happen to take your heart rate only after it's been elevated and you don't take it again it's going to calculate what you are burning off you being at that elevated level all day.

I've deleted the "memory", but when I tap the "time" screen and it takes me to "calories burned", it shows what I burned yesterday.

Answer:
You can not delete the over all calories burned on the watch, that number will show as long as the watch isn't in exercises mode. However when you begin to run the timer in exe. mode you will notice when you tap to the calorie screen it should be displaying the calorie count for your current work out. To view you total calories burned for that workout once you have stopped the timer you have to go into the saved workouts.
