Instructions:
1. Clean floor.

2. Pour floor renew directly onto floor.

3. Apply with clean sponge mop or lambswool applicator in moderate coats over entire floor surface (do not work into floor).

4. Allow to dry for 30-45 minutes. A single coat is usually adequate, however, a second coat may be used.

Use on floors only when the product and room temperature are 50° F or higher.

What Surfaces Can be Cleaned With It?
Sealed wood, vinyl, linoleum, no-wax rubber sealed cork, terrazzo, concrete, marble and slate floors.

Care: To maintain, use a damp mop to cleanse floor with mild dish detergent and warm water.

Water Spots: While Floor Renew will add a shine to water spotted areas, it will not remove the spots. Sanding is often necessary to remove water spots. In some cases, re-staining is necessary too.

Notes: This is not meant for outdoor use. It will not be able to provide enough protection from the elements. This product is not a floor cleaner; it must be applied as carefully as a floor finish. It is a good idea to spot check a small inconspicuous area before using on the entire floor.

Cautions: Never apply any other floor finish type product over this product. Irritating to eyes and skin, avoid inhalation. 32 oz.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Petro-chemical free My dingy old floor shines, but what I like best is that Pro-shot is petro-chemical free. The fact that Gaiam sells it assures me that I am not polluting my home. May 31, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Only product we use on wood floor Nearly 1,400 sq ft of my home is oak flooring and there is no other product I would use on them. Clean the floor, apply, and let dry. The result is wonderful. My next project with Floor Renew? The 1,100 sq ft painted concrete floor of our small retail shop. I've tested it in a corner and can't wait to brighten up the floors there too! July 12, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by It Really Works This product is the best I have ever used on the wood floors in my apartment. Once applied, the floors look new! It lasts and protects the wood for quite a while as well. I highly recommend it! October 11, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great! A friend recommended this product to me when I complained to her how frustrated I was with the look of the slate floor in my kitchen and mud room. Wow! The floor now looks brand new. And is much easier to keep clean after the dogs track in the mud. Also used it on my hardwood floors. I now have floors that look professionally finished at a fraction of the cost. March 30, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Works well! I really like what my floors look like after using this product and I have to say the I am a "satisfied" customer. March 30, 2011

Answer:
You would want to steam the floors prior to applying floor renew. The steam would just remove it most likely.

My kitchen countertops are made of quartz. They have lost some of their shine over the last 5 years. Is this product safe to use on them? I'm not sure being that they're food surfaces.

Answer:
I would not recommend using this on counter tops. While it is safe for use in homes with pets (which means it's safe if they happen to lick the floor after its been applied) I doubt it's a food grade.
