Jillian Hessel was a professional dancer who turned to Pilates after a back injury 20 years ago. She immediately saw the benefits and began apprenticing then later taught Pilates. She is a master Pilates trainer and certified fitness instructor through ACSM and ACE.
Cameron Shayne is a high-ranking black belt in both Olympic-style Taekwondo and Yoshukai karate. He has trained for more than 20 years in the martial arts, and for nearly a decade in hatha yoga and meditation techniques.
Tanja Djelevic has a Master’s Degree in fitness and dozens of certifications. Now based in sunny L.A., Swedish-born Tanja trains some of Hollywood’s biggest names (Uma Thurman, Jennifer Garner) and was recently named one of “The 100 Best Trainers in America” by Men’s Journal. Tanja believes that working out should always be FUN.
Rodney Yee was a professional ballet dancer who later studied Iyengar yoga. He travels nationally and internationally to teach workshops, teacher–training and retreats. Rodney has been designing and performing in Gaiam progams for over 10 years. He has been featured on Oprah and other national programs.
