Most fresh produce releases an ethylene gas that accelerates decomposition and causes it to go bad. Evert-Fresh Bags absorb and remove this gas to prolong food life and reduce vitamin loss up to 50%. An anti-fog surface minimizes moisture, thereby inhibiting bacterial growth. Each bag can be reused 5-10 times. Available in small, medium or large (10 bags per set) or in combo pack of 10 each small, medium and large. Japan.

Combo Pack Includes:
  • Small (10 ½ gallon bags, ¼" deep)
  • Medium (10 1 gallon bags, 3/8" deep)
  • Large (10 1½ gallon bags, 3/8" deep)

Available in 3 sizes, 10 bags per set.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Saves Money These bags have saved so many vegetables! That translates directly into dollars. I rinse them out and use them over and over again. Great value. July 18, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these bags! Ever since trying these bags, I'd never be without them! They keep produce fresh in my fridge for a month or more. The only thing they don't work so well on is fresh bananas--they trap the moisture and the bananas get moldy or turn black. February 21, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by These bags have been an amazing addition to our budget. Organic produce is quite expensive in our area and we like to make every penny count. We cont on these bags to extend the freshness of our produce and have never been disappointed. The fact that they can be washed and reused helps with our commitment to protecting the environment. Great product. November 13, 2009

There are bags to preserve bread that are like the green bags. I live alone and cannot use up a loaf of bread before it spoils
