Rated 3 out of 5 by Product is good for beginning practitioners The Qigong and Budokon videos are outstanding. The T'ai Chi video was not what I expected. I was looking or a video that shows the complete form. This video only shows the first moves. It is good for beginning practitioners but for those who have practiced T'ai Chi it was a disappointment. I think clearer description of what the video contains would help. September 7, 2013
