The DVD is good, as is the instructor. However, the level is a bit much for someone who is out of shape or overweight, a category that includes a lot of potential buyers! A product specifically for that crowd would be a good idea.
The DVD needs more bookmarks so you can go back and review a section or skip to the cool-down if you do not have time for the whole routine. This is particularly true for the beginning of the DVD: the intro runs right into the beginning of the workout, and the viewer cannot skip the intro and go straight to the workout.

I purchased this Daily Stretch DVD to compliment the AM/PM Stretch DVD. I love this DVD just as much as I love the AM/PM DVD. This DVD gives a terrific stretch workout. It is especially useful after a weight lifting workout or a run or a bike ride. It really helps stretch your muscles and works on your flexibility as well. A terrific addition to my Gaiam DVD library!

I have not stretched in a long time and wanted something that would help me get into a daily routine. The stretches are very easy for a begginer, or someone like me, who is not flexible. Very few of the stretches have options to make them more difficult so as you get more flexible you will have to figure out how to modify the stretches or switch to a more advanced video. It is very similiar to the Yoga stretch videos - which I also use and tend to like using more. It is not exactly what I expected - I wanted plain stretching techniques, but it is a decent video and not something I would bother returning.

After several months off from not working out because of a back injury, I found Daily Stretch to be a perfect way to wake-up my body. This 20 minute stretch helps my muscles and is a wonderful way to gain back lost strength.
