Get to know Kumudini
Kumudini completed CorePower Yoga Power Teacher Training in 2003, and has been teaching ever since. In 2008, she moved to California and has managed the CorePower Yoga studios in Orange County and Los Angeles. Currently, Kumudini teaches yoga and leads teacher training and lifestyle programs for CorePower Yoga nationally.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect Yoga Combo's I really like this DVD.  It's quiet and relaxing yet you get your heart rate up and heat up those muscles.  There are 3 sections, each different, with a bonus feature at the end, which I love!  My favorite part is the weight section, I love to do just this one after a run.  You can start with 3lbs weights, I started with 5lbs then worked my way to 8lbs weights, which doesn't sound like much but it is for this workout!  Great video!
