This product is easy to figure out, but the exercises are challenging. I didn't realize how un-limber I had become!! I am a walker - around 15-18 miles weekly. This workout provided an excellent addition to my "usual." Good product; excellent price!!

I tried several of the workouts on the enclosed video. Clear demonstrations for several levels of workout were demonstrated. I followed without difficulty and felt only minor stiffness the next day. That, to me indicated, it was just right for me. Pain isn't a necessary evil to me. This can be as easy or hard as you want. This reformer is light weight and a good traveller!

We LOVE THIS product...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make MORE workout videos to go with this reformer band!!! WE have made the investment it would be a real shame to have such limited use of the band!!! I am SURE you would therefore have a large ready made market for all additional workout videos using this system!!! "WE" are a group who meet to workout 3x a week using this system...we will need to have further workout challenges!

I just got the CorePlus Reformer the other day to motivate me to begin exercising again. I haven’t in about a year and the last time I did Pilates was back in 2003. I missed the feeling of the stretch exercises and I wanted to try this product. I am going to continue to use it. The problem is that I am really over weight, but I can feel and do most of the exercise fine. I am able do more of the advance work outs then I thought I would be able to. I have a bad back, but with this workout routine I feel a lot better after I complete it and I am able to stretch my back even further, so I do this work out in the morning before I get through my day. I am glad that I got this product and I hope to see results, not right away, but in time and hope that I can get my joints feeling better.

I think this is a good way to get as close to the Reformer as possible. It just takes some time getting used to using the resistant bands. The models or exercisers in the DVD make it look easy to use, it's not, you need time to get use to working out with it. You can also incorporate this resistant band with other Pilate's workouts, so you are not stuck using this band with just this DVD.
