Rated 1 out of 5 by It's a great idea but I have been learning Pilates with a private instructor on the reformer and mat for 3 months now and I thought this would be a great way to augment my classes especially when I'm traveling or can't make it to the gym. I was very disappointed with the product. I've tried it half a dozen times to give it a fair shot and find the stiff and cumbersome to use. Also, perhaps different sizes might help for those of us over 5'5"? I'm 6'1" and I cannot achieve the proper form for pilates exercises with this piece of equipment. Sad to say its going back. Its a great idea but just needs more work. September 6, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very Good Product I really liked the reformer and the DVD that went along with it. I could feel the recommended exercises changing my body as I was doing the routine and I'm very happy with the results. July 30, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very helpful tool I have 3 herniated discs in my lower back and needed to strengthen my core muscles however with my lower back hurting and not wanting to risk more damage, I was unable to do may exercises that would strengthen my lower abs. I was able to do more lower core strengthening exercises with the help of the coreplus reformer because I was able to assist the moves by pulling with my arms. I found it easy to use and am glad I made the purchase. April 17, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Terrific exercise Aide I keep the CorePlus Reformer in my bedroom so when I can't make it to the gym, I use the reformer. I feel great after using it - a true workout. My core has never looked and felt better. A definite plus to the home gym! April 11, 2011
Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed I had been wanting to buy the Core Plus Reformer for some time. When it finally came, certainly the bands themselves are wonderful BUT the instructions on how to use them are inadequate. They're very slow, repetitive and don't add particular value. I'm going to take the bands to a Pilates friend and have her construct useful exercises. That a significant amount of screen time is spent on duplicating a warm up and cool down is dead air and feels like a ripoff. March 31, 2011
