by Deelite Finally found what works!
I am 47 years old and I was in the worse shape of my life at 213lbs and only 5'2". My knees hurt, my lower back ached and I couldn't walk up one flight of stairs without being out of breath. In January 2011 I went to a wedding and I was appalled at the pictures of myself, I had enough...I had to do something. I started dieting but was afraid to excercise because of my bad knees, even walking was difficult. One day I saw the CorePlus Reformer Workout with Mari Windsor in the store and I thought let me try it since you do it laying down it won't bother my knees. That was the day my life changed...at first I could barely do any of the excercises but let me tell you...today is July 7th less then 6 months since that wedding and I have lost 54lbs, went from a size 20 to a size 10 and I am not only able to keep up with the CorePlus Reformer workout DVD but while Mari Winsor is talking and explaing the excercise I am doing 2 or 3 times the reps. I have never looked better, even when I was in college! But more importantly I feel so strong, so in control and so powerful, I have definition in my arms without adding bulky muscles, you can see beautiful triceps, I have gorgeous legs and I am wearing short skirts for the first time in 10 years! And I even bought a 2 piece bathing suit. My husband told me the other day he feels like he is having an affair on his wife...with his wife!! LOL!!! I have more energy than I'v ever had, I am more productive at work, with my family and my love life is better than ever. I finally found the answer for me, I watch my diet and do the CorePlus Reformer a minimum of 3 times a week. My knees and lower back no longer hurt, I even started jogging twice a week and I love it! Thank you Gaiam, thank you CorePlus Reformer and thank you Mari Winsor...Mari I feel like I know you personally, I love the last line in the dvd - it sticks in my head all day..."Be consistent, your gonna love the results" I do Mari...I love the results! <3

I love the CorePlus Reformer! Since i got it in the mail 3-4 weeks ago I have enjoyed the exercises and regret when i miss a day. I like the set up that allows me to do legs, arms, or abs (or all 3) depending on how much time i have.
i can feel it working on my muscles and already starting to see results on the tummy. Each movement is short and Mari Winsor gives you plenty of time to catch your breath and relax between each rep.
i hope they create more dvds with extended workouts for the coreplus reformer.
* at first i couldn't do everything the ladies in the video were doing, especially stretch the reformer completely over my head while laying flat on my back but with time i was finally able to do it today!!! ;)

I have 3 herniated discs in my lower back and needed to strengthen my core muscles however with my lower back hurting and not wanting to risk more damage, I was unable to do may exercises that would strengthen my lower abs. I was able to do more lower core strengthening exercises with the help of the coreplus reformer because I was able to assist the moves by pulling with my arms. I found it easy to use and am glad I made the purchase.

I keep the CorePlus Reformer in my bedroom so when I can't make it to the gym, I use the reformer. I feel great after using it - a true workout. My core has never looked and felt better. A definite plus to the home gym!

I had been wanting to buy the Core Plus Reformer for some time. When it finally came, certainly the bands themselves are wonderful BUT the instructions on how to use them are inadequate. They're very slow, repetitive and don't add particular value. I'm going to take the bands to a Pilates friend and have her construct useful exercises. That a significant amount of screen time is spent on duplicating a warm up and cool down is dead air and feels like a ripoff.
