Rated 5 out of 5 by Well worth it! I love this dvd! I usually do all three sets at one time and i can feel it the next day through out my whole body. Love the fact that every move is also said with the which breath, wether inhale or exhale. I always have a problem with that. I would definitely recommend! February 8, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great beginning for yoga I had never tried yoga before. At 62, and after orthoscopic knee surgery, I knew I wanted to try something for stretching and to bring back my range of motion. I could not completely follow the full range or movements in the beginning, but I continued staying within my comfort level. After 6 months I still am not able to completely keep up with Colleen, but I am certainly a lot farther along than I was, and I feel great. I can really tell if I miss a day. My daughters have noticed a big change in my movement/posture/weight loss. They are asking where to get the same workout video. My range of motion and flexibility have improved drastically, and my pain level has really improved. I wish I had started this program in my 30's! July 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great workout, but moves rather quickly I've done pilates for years, but have never done yoga. Based upon the description and other reviews I thought this would be a great DVD to start with. I really enjoy it and have been using it 3 days/wk. The only negative I would say is that it think it moves very quickly. There are times I haven't made it from pose A to B and they're already telling you go to go C. I end up spending more time looking at my TV screen than I really want to. Overall a good buy! :) June 4, 2014

Could you please tell me if there's any meditation on this DVD? I'm not looking for a product that uses any of the spiritual wording on their workout routines or any type of chanting, etc. Please let me know. Thank you.

Each workout is about 15 minutes but if you choose ALL then they seamlessly flow from one one to the next and end in meditation .
