Marketing & Web Designer

Job Summary:
Lead role in executing marketing and web content and design. Need a high energy, passionate person to create on-going and ad hoc monthly marketing materials and update website content. Role will function as copywriter, designer and project manager in ensuring both print and web marketing and customer communications align with strategic goals and provide engaging content.

Essential Functions: Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Create engaging marketing and customer communication materials (print, email, web) that align with overall strategy and retention and growth goals.
  • Influence the brand character for Spiritual Cinema Circle (SCC) and Earth Cinema Circle (ECC) divisions – create and manage the brand style guides.
  • Create and manage content on websites. Monthly updates to film selections, ongoing content updates, and ad hoc member news postings.
  • Create and manage on-going monthly customer communications including: e-newsletters, package artwork, and inserts.
  • Create acquisition/marketing materials including, but not limited to: print ads, flyers, emails, web banners and landing pages
  • Work with internal creative and freelance graphic designers as needed – providing direction and approval on all projects.
  • Implement A/B split testing on websites and landing pages. analyze results and provide strategic insight.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects ensuring timelines are met, copy is proofed and approvals obtained.

Skills & Experience:
  • 1-3 years experience in writing copy for various marketing and customer communications.
  • 1-3 years experience in graphic design for print, email and web.
  • Working knowledge of HTML – ability to create clean and efficient code.
  • Ability to create effective and attractive designs for both web and print.
  • Ability to write and proof engaging, error-free copy.
  • Working knowledge of print production techniques and programs.
  • Experienced with InDesign and Illustrator. Photoshop, acrobat, Word, Excel and Powerpoint knowledge is helpful.
  • Ability to manage projects from inception to completion – ensuring timelines are met.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with high energy and passion for quality work.
