I am 71 years old and exercise with stretching, weights, band and ball 3 times a week.  I wanted an alternative but this is too strenuous for me at age 71.  I can do the warm-ups, but not when speeded up.  I tried and my lower back was stressed for several days.  Love this instructor.  Can she do something for my age??? I have a video with the same person, and I believe it is a similar video, but I'm not sure how many calories are burned during my workout. This would be good to know for calculating what I can eat per day.

Calories burned during exercise will depend on several factors. Your weight, gender, height, and heart rate will all influence the amount of calories you burn during this exercise. For the most accurate measurement, we recommend wearing a heart rate monitor. Calories burned during this video can range anywhere from 150-400.
