Constant Cardio (20 minutes): Ignite your metabolism with this fat-burning yoga workout. Your body will be in constant motion as you build heat and torch calories.

Energy and Endurance (25 minutes): This practice focuses on increasing endurance and building strength while helping you create long lines and tone muscle.

Rated 2 out of 5 by too fast-paced-can't see what's going on This is one of two yoga dvds I purchased, and I have the same problem with both of them.  Too much time is spent in positions with my head down, and therefore I am not able to watch the television.   Without being able to see the exact moves, I have to rely on this narrator's instruction, which would be ok, except that she talks way too  fast.  I would love a yoga dvd that I could actually watch without constantly lifting my head and straining my neck to see the tv.  I will give this one a couple more tries, though. Rated 5 out of 5 by Certainly Kills Calories I've been an off and on yoga practitioner for many years with no dedicated practice; until now.   I have embarked on a 5-6 day a week habit of yoga, and this DVD is fantastic for my needs.  This set of workouts is definitely designed to be more cardio based and make you sweat.  Once you have some experience under your belt give this one a try and be prepared to move.   She does go quickly from pose to pose, and it may take a try or two to get it, but it will click.  Once you have the flow you really sweat, and that is what I love about this DVD.  Don't give up if you're flustered due to the speed, keep going and you will get it.  Very rarely in life is anything achieved in one go.
