Rated 1 out of 5 by Eh.. its OK Not really a YOGA DVD, not really sure what type it is. Perhaps a stretching/toning DVD? Yoga is active with Asanas or poses that flow smoothly and you work/sweat some. That said: I have done the first 3, with the 3rd being one i'll do again. The first 2 are disappointing to me, I almost didn't continue after the first one. I haven't tried the last 3, but I will update  after I do. Hope this is helpful. January 7, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by too fast-paced-can't see what's going on This is one of two yoga dvds I purchased, and I have the same problem with both of them.  Too much time is spent in positions with my head down, and therefore I am not able to watch the television.   Without being able to see the exact moves, I have to rely on this narrator's instruction, which would be ok, except that she talks way too  fast.  I would love a yoga dvd that I could actually watch without constantly lifting my head and straining my neck to see the tv.  I will give this one a couple more tries, though.
