Can I safely do this video at 7 weeks? Also, will it be safe and effective throughout my entire pregnancy?

Answer: 
Before starting any fitness routine during pregnancy it is always a good idea to have your physician review any DVDs your planing on using. All DVD's can be returned after after viewing so if this title will not work for you it can be sent back. The stretching segment can be used through all three trimesters but this DVD is most appropriate for use during the first 2 trimesters.
