Rated 4 out of 5 by Sensible Exercise Program I am a 60 year old female who was into the second week of this program when I injured my back. After a rest period and therapy for the injury, I'm back on track and enjoying the workouts three times a week again. I'm impressed with how thorough the exercises are for a whole body workout and how quickly the time flies during the workout. Bob's cuing for correct form is immensely helpful to me as I tend to drift out of position on occasion. I'm hopeful that as I progress through the coming weeks, I'll become stronger and my back will no longer be a weak link for me. This is a sensible approach to whole body fitness. December 30, 2009
Rated 5 out of 5 by So do-able! I've been waiting decades for Bob Greene to release a fitness DVD, and here it is! My favorite thing about this DVD is the format- no cheesy aerobics instructor with bad music and classroom full of students who are already super in shape. Nope, it's just Bob coaching one woman at a time through a personal training workout. The workouts get progressively harder, so if Week 1 is too easy then just skip ahead because trust me by Week 8 it's VERY challenging. The exercises are really creative and fun to do, Bob is motivating and down to earth, and the video is beautifully filmed. Great job to Bob and Gaiam! December 28, 2009
