Rated 3 out of 5 by not what I thought I purchased this video with three others to help me lose my baby weight. I am not in great shape, and VERY uncordinated so I need something simple. This though is too easy and the workouts are short. He also recommends using this plus cardio (walking) three times per week. You really don't need the video, just do some simple strength training moves on your own and then add the cardio. He is also pretty corny. And the lady on the video is very annoying. January 22, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Workout DVD I own a ton of workout DVD's and this is one of my favorites. I really like how it starts out fairly easy and then progressively gets harder as the weeks go by. January 12, 2010
Rated 4 out of 5 by Simple + effective I love how the workouts in this 8-week program are varied and build on the previous weeks' workouts. The best part is the "customize your routine" option. You click on thumbnails of all 8 workouts to sequence them the way you want. There were several exercises I'd never seen before that I really liked, such as the supported hip lift in week one. Everything's designed to work together and keep things fresh and fun! January 11, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Enjoyable workout!!! Really enjoy this DVD workout! Bob provides solid instruction and coaching for good form and motivation. The progression through the weeks is great. I'm only at week 2 at this point, but look forward to continuing through... January 11, 2010
Rated 4 out of 5 by Sensible Exercise Program I am a 60 year old female who was into the second week of this program when I injured my back. After a rest period and therapy for the injury, I'm back on track and enjoying the workouts three times a week again. I'm impressed with how thorough the exercises are for a whole body workout and how quickly the time flies during the workout. Bob's cuing for correct form is immensely helpful to me as I tend to drift out of position on occasion. I'm hopeful that as I progress through the coming weeks, I'll become stronger and my back will no longer be a weak link for me. This is a sensible approach to whole body fitness. December 30, 2009
