I have been using this DVD for about a month now and really enjoy learning with Chrissy!!! The light touches of humor make me smile every time. She teach in a clear and understandable way. Not to fast for a 53 year old ex- military person. I look forward to doing this practice every morning and with severe depression that says a lot. Would recommend this DVD to anyone.

I think that this video is good on content and clearly spoken but for me, a beginner, I feel that it is too fast. I wished that the practice was slower as she walks you through each move and breath. Once you are accustomed to the moves this would probably be fine but for a beginner I feel she moves too fast.

Chrissy has very detailed instruction and clear speech. The music is soft and the poses are very beneficial, I have been doing yoga for over 20 years, even tho this states beginner I'd say its worth the investment regardless of ones ability. It's all about difference, change and growth. These are sessions I've never seen put together.

I think the instructor Chrissy Carter does an excellent job . The video is easy to follow, and the exercises are challenging . The instructor is good at explaining/demonstrating good form! I recommend this DVD!

If you are brand new to yoga (as I was), this is the DVD for you! It goes at a nice, slow pace. It's very easy to follow and keep up with. I highly recommend it.
