Rated 5 out of 5 by love this ball I got this kit a couple of years ago & I love the ball; the band is nice, too. the ball is of really good quality & so much better than cheap pilates balls you can buy because this one will not deflate over time, but others will. even though I do have certain workouts that I use w/ the ball, it's still nice that it comes w/ a dvd. either way, I recommend buying this kit and it could also be nice as a gift for someone who likes to workout, too. Rated 2 out of 5 by Far Too Small I got this ball in medium size, green color,  which was recommended size for my height.  Far too small and I am not very tall 5'5".   This ball is really for people from 5'6"-5'11".   When it is inflated it is at the best 60-62 cm.    My knees  are too high when I seat on it.   I cannot do any type of crunches on this ball.    I used to have a ball in silver color which I cannot find on Gaiam website any more.  That one was a good size and quality.   I will be returning it. Too bad. Rated 1 out of 5 by DVD's Warped Use caution when ordering this product, I ordered 2 of this- one for me and one for my niece. Both packages have warped DVD's that can't be watched or played for that matter. Sent email to Giam, no response, called was told to call back when a manager was in. Ball is nice, so if you want the ball and don't need to know how to use it go for it. Otherwise don't buy the box set for the dvd. Very disapppointed and angry for their poor response. Answer:
The Classic Balance Ball Chair was designed to hold a 52cm balance ball. Using a larger ball is not recommended.

Answer:
Absolutely! Simply remove the ball plug and allow to deflate. You can either gently fold or roll the ball for easy transportation.

Answer:
We unfortunately do not have just a replacement band for this kit. We do sell a strength and flexibility kit of 3 resistance bands, light, medium, and hard. Those would work well for the exercises.

Answer:
When inflated, the ball should be measured from floor to ball height. The recommended weight limit for our balance balls is 250lbs.
