Rated 5 out of 5 by Very High Quality & Comfy! This was very heavy and I was surprised at the quality.  These days, even if something costs a lot it doesn't necessarily deliver quality.  But this did.  It is very thick and has a strong inner liner.  I'm using this to cover the Gaiam exercise ball at work, so I needed a cover to make it comfortable and attractive.  I work for an architecture & interior design firm and wanted to have something nice looking for my office.  This is comfortable and nice to look at.   I think this would be fabulous to have as a birthing ball cover.  I gave birth naturally and would have loved to drape myself over this during labor.  But if I was a doula, midwife, or just someone who is thinking about having a home birth, I would invest in something like this!  I can also see this as a nice piece to have at home to sit on and have for the kids to play on.   I put a picture of this on all my social media sites and have gotten a lot of compliments and also a lot of people who never realized there was such a thing as an exercise ball cover!  A few friends said they are going to buy one. Rated 5 out of 5 by Brilliant Idea This is a brilliant product and the workmanship and execution of the design is so lovely.  Being able to afford such an item is a blessing, and I'm happy to support a company that justly passes to the consumer the  true and transparent cost of a luxury item made by workers paid fairly for their craft using quality materials that are quality and  therefore not cheap.  July 10, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Ordering one more I love the feel as well as the look of this balance ball cover. Though a bit pricey, I enjoy it enough to be ordering a second one. May 18, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful, modern, small This ball cover is gorgeous & of substantial weight. The only problem is that it doesn't fit a 65 cm ball -- we ended up getting a second one that was also too small and then we bought a smaller ball (55 cm). It's a little big for it but a much better fit than the 65 cm. May 6, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Conversation Starter! I get lots of compliments on this cover. It turns my balance ball into modern furniture. Let's face it, however, it is not cheap! Still, it's one of my favorite things. December 28, 2011

Answer:
No, this cover will only fit a 65 cm ball so it would be too large for the ball in the balance ball chair.
