Rated 5 out of 5 by Good workout I have almost all of Ana Caban's dvds, and this one is a really good, basic one to have. It requires no props, which is preferable to me, and it moves quickly between the different exercises, so you're working the whole time (some other dvds take a bit more time setting up and explaining each new move, so you don't get as much bang for your buck). It's faster paced, does not have long breaks between exercises for explanation, you simply go from one exercise to the next and it gets your heart rate up. Easy to do on days you don't have time for a full hour workout. It's become one of my favorites! October 29, 2009

This dvd does not use any props, so nothing to buy. I do recommend a yoga mat - the entire workout is spent on your back, side, or stomache - but not required if you have a soft, carpeted floor.

The main workout on this DVD is just under 30 minutes. The bonus mat workout is another 15, which brings the total time to 45 minutes.
