Rated 5 out of 5 by Pretty good workout I enjoy working out with this DVD. Some of the poses are very easy, but some are pretty challenging and took a few workouts to build up to doing with complete control. November 11, 2009
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent and challlenging DVD Ana Caban's Core Challenge is an excellent and challenging alternative to a standard Pilates mat workout. Ana has taken exercises traditionally done on the Pilates Reformer machine and adapted them to the mat. The moves are new and challenging, but not too hard to learn if you are already familiar with Pilates. The routine is a true challenge. That being said, I would recommend this DVD to an intermediate to advanced Pilates student. The DVD includes a full-length routine that is roughly 40 minutes, and a quicker routine that is about 20 minutes. I do this DVD every other day, alternating with Ana's Maintenance Pilates for Weight Loss. The results have been truly amazing, and I am going to turn 40 next month! Ana Caban has the best DVDs out there by far! September 8, 2009

I must say i've done a lot of sit-ups in my day but none has been as effective, in such a short time, than ana's video. I am in search of another video by her....just think i accidentally bought this video because it was on sale...everything happens for a reason....she has a fan forever! August 9, 2009
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not worth my time I have been doing Pilates for 6 years, and was very disappointed with this video. The moves were cheesy and ineffective. I was very bored and despite my advanced Pilates form, I did not feel it was a worthwhile exercise at all. Oh, and it was a lot shorter of a workout than the box let on. Plus the background music was annoying. This was by far the worst Ana Caban DVD I have ever tried, and I have tried many! August 5, 2009
