JILLIAN HESSEL
Jillian Hessel was a professional dancer who turned to Pilates after a back injury 20 years ago. She immediately saw the benefits and began apprenticing then later taught Pilates. She is a master Pilates trainer and certified fitness instructor through ACSM & ACE.

ANA CABAN

What a bonus that I got those 2 workouts I loved plus 3 more on the same disc! This DVD is awesome to keep your body challenged by not letting your muscles get too used to the same workout. I'm over 60, in decent but "winter flabby" shape. Would this work for me? I mainly need to just tone and increase flexibility more

This would be great for you! There are 5 different workouts ranging from 13 min - 30 min. This gives you the ability to mix up your workouts or build up in workout duration. Pilates works both to tone and increase your flexibility.

All of the DVDs on Gaiam.com are going to be coded for Region 1 as we do not ship outside of the USA or Canada. Please refer to a UK distributor (Amazon UK etc.) for Gaiam DVDs. Anything sold from a local distributor will either be region free or coded for the areas DVD players.

I believe so. I would start with the Easy Pilates workout until you're comfortable with the moves, then take it up a notch with the AM and PM workouts, and finally advance to the more challenging workouts (Cardio and Weight Loss). The instruction is great...slow and thorough in the easier workouts and faster as you progress. I tried the Weight Loss workout first and it was going through the moves too fast for me, so I went back and did it in the order I gave you and I adapted much better to the routines. Take your time and stick with it before making an assessment.

Workout 1 is an introduction and can be used by someone who has not done Pilates before.
Workout 2 requires a bit more flexibility already.
The Cardio workouts require some decent shape

never done pilates before. If you find that it's not in depth enough for your first video after viewing, it can always be exchanged or returned.

I have the 5-day fit Pilates DVD (March 09 release). What is the order of the workouts? The DVD only lists them as 1,2,3,4,5 which does not correlate to the packaging. For Example, Jillian Hessel is the first workout but on the write-up she is AMPilates and #4. Can you clarify? thank you.
