Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 12 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by good starter set, simple to use and follow steps This is a good starter, easy to follow the instructor, I am sure I will continue to use as I advance.  The sessions are shorter so can use them when too busy to work out.  The evening workout is good,  working out too hard later at night can actually interfere with sleep for me. Rated 4 out of 5 by I've learned yoga through this dvd I bought this dvd almost 4 years ago! I used it inconsistently for the first 2-3 years and in the last year and some I have been using it a few times a week. I am a creature of habit so I didn't stray too much from #1. I have used it so much now that all of the chapters now stop about half way though. I think it's seen better days, but I still enjoy the first part and for usually come up with my own routine at the end and top it off with some meditation. It's been great to me but it might be time to invest in a new one! My body feels great after, I've learned to control my mind and overall I am very grateful I decided to buy this dvd that many years ago. January 28, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Track labels are uninformative This DVD has 5 tracks - 1 for each workout. Unfortunately, they are only labeled 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The first time I used the DVD, I wanted the workout called "PM Yoga for weight loss" which will "relax the mind and body at the end of day." Exactly what i was looking for at 11pm. Since the tracks were only labeled with numbers, I had to guess which was the one I was looking for. I thought, "Maybe the list on the package is the guide." The workout I was seeking is the 4th one listed, so I choose track #4. I did most of the workout. (Many of the poses are poses I've done on a PM yoga DVD from Yoga Journal, so I thought maybe this was right.) However, it was not the PM workout - it was the AM workout - at the end, the instructor said something like, "Now set your intention for the day ahead." IF YOU DO ANOTHER EDITION OF THIS DVD, I RECOMMEND YOU IDENTIFY EACH WORKOUT/TRACK ONSCREEN. Thank you. July 29, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 Good but the menu is confusing... I've enjoyed the routines with Suzanne Deason, though she does move a little fast for the beginner. I have not tried the ones with Rod Stryker yet, but I will eventually. I have been working with this DVD for a few weeks and I thought I was working on one routine that turned out to be something else. I finally popped the dvd into the computer to figure out what track was what. So here is what I came up with: 1. AM Peak Performance Yoga (28 minutes)- Rod Stryker 2. Stress Relief Yoga (20 minutes) - Suzanne Deason 3. PM Peak Performance (31 minutes) - Rod Stryker 4. AM Yoga for Weight Loss (24 minutes) - Suzanne Deason 5. PM Yoga for Weight Loss (27 minutes) - Suzanne Deason I think that is correct though I may be wrong so feel free to correct me. I hope this helps anyone else that was confused. I had to go through my workouts for the past week and correct my times and burnt calorie differences. Also, does anyone else use a wedge? Where in the world can I find one, besides ebay? Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Lightweight Workouts Good workouts, and short for ease of fitting into your schedule. We really enjoy Rod Stryker, his delivery and his practice, and would like to see more with him only. I need to restate the above comment about the menus missing the titles. Rod AM is track 1, and Rod PM is track 3. Does Suzanne AM go to track 2? No clue. No titles on tracks either. Sigh. <soap>Gaiam has some consistent issues with the mechanics of the DVD, but never misses a chance for a plug.</soap> January 2, 2011

DVD menu is a bit confusing as workouts 1-5 aren't in a chronological order according to workout description from the cover. I am unable to decide which of the workouts relate to AM/PM/Stress Relief Yoga with Suzanne Deason. Please advise.

That really depends on your level of flexibility. If you don't typically need blocks when DVD's suggest them you can probably do without them on this title as well.

I recently purchased your AM Yoga for Your Week DVD, and was pleased to find a Spanish track. Does this DVD also have one? It is a help if you include alternate language track information in your DVD listings!
