Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing! I absolutely love this dvd. I use it several times a week and do 2 workouts at a time. I can tell the positive effect it has already had on my body. I feel stronger, more flexible, and centered. Best yoga dvd I have come across yet! January 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Solid Yoga for the beginner I was getting stiff and sore, you know suffering from TMB (Too Many Birthdays), but since following this DVD everyday, I am not sore or stiff at all and I am feeling more energy. I just do one of the 15 minute sessions a day and it is making a huge difference in my life. August 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great set of short efficient & effective routines Love this DVD. I have many yoga DVD's but this one  I use it nearly daily. Doing this in the morning before work is a great way to center and get a good stretch and workout. Highly recommend it for all skill levels. February 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Practice Boost EVER!!! I got the 15-minute Results DVD as part of a 2-pack with Patricia Moreno's Cardio Burn Yoga. While I wasn't so much a fan of the Cardio Burn DVD (too much like a step aerobics or Pilates DVD), I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the 15-minute Results DVD. Though it is more like a workout than Rodney's other DVDs, he and Mariel Hemingway do a great job of keeping things conversational. Each of the four workouts—upper body, lower body, core, and total body—is like a short, intense shot of yoga that I can do in the morning, during short breaks in my day, between practice sessions/rehearsals, or in the evening. They are great alone or in addition to longer practice. July 24, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love It! Love the 4 15 minutes segments, easy to follow and great program. February 22, 2012

Answer:
The Fish pose is not used, the Tree Pose once in the Total Session, and the only push up type pose would be the Downward Dog.

The DVD has 4 Sections:

Total – This session incorporates Standing, Sitting, Laying on Mat poses such as Cobra and Downward Dog.

Upper – This session incorporates the standing portion of the Total segment.

Lower – Sitting Poses

Abdominal Strengthening – This incorporates laying poses on a mat.

I love yoga, but have foot and knee problems on one leg--cannot do most of the standing poses. I need another yoga tape that is mostly floor or chair work.

Answer:
Most of the routines have standing poses. The core routine has a fair amount of floor work, but isn't exclusively floor work.

Best of luck in your search. :)

I find with working 2 jobs I rarely have time for a full 75 minute yoga workout. I used to do power yoga
2-3x a week, hurt my back 18 months ago, got out of shape and am now trying to get back into shape. My "Yoga for life" cassette & player are broken, "Power yoga" is too strenuous "BackCare" "Abs""
Lower Body" "Upper body" arent my favourites- what I need is a 15-20 min. workout that is still a little challenging. Any Recommendations?

Answer:
Yes, it is. If you don't have the time for a full workout, then this is definitely a good choice. Rodney Yee is the main instructor, but he also has actress Merrill Hemingway with him. They kind of go back-and-forth with the instructions, but it's mostly Yee. The DVD is also very casual and even amusing, because they chat and joke throughout the whole thing. It isn't very advanced, and Yee discusses alternatives and modifications for most of the poses. Hope this helps!

I love this 15 min total workout. It is easy to follow, and it provides a morning energy boots very quickly. I think you will love the "arms waves and up and downs". They are fun.
