Total – This session incorporates Standing, Sitting, Laying on Mat poses such as Cobra and Downward Dog.
Upper – This session incorporates the standing portion of the Total segment.
Lower – Sitting Poses
Abdominal Strengthening – This incorporates laying poses on a mat.

2-3x a week, hurt my back 18 months ago, got out of shape and am now trying to get back into shape. My "Yoga for life" cassette & player are broken, "Power yoga" is too strenuous "BackCare" "Abs""
Lower Body" "Upper body" arent my favourites- what I need is a 15-20 min. workout that is still a little challenging. Any Recommendations?
