Rated 5 out of 5 by FINALLY! I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I was when I discovered this DVD! Even though I love yoga, I have a pretty busy, inconsistent schedule; sometimes, I simply don't have time to for the yoga my body craves. This DVD definitely helps with that problem! Each workout is only 15 minutes-- and Yee and Hemingway make the most of all 15 of those minutes in each workout. It's perfect for early mornings when I need a boost to get through my day, or when I come home in the evenings after a hard day. Granted, it's not as beneficial as a full-length yoga workout, but it is a great deal better than no yoga at all! Another feature that I love about this DVD is that Yee and Hemingway are very causal in each workout. They directly speak to the camera, which feels more personable and relaxed than the voice-overs and stone-faced instructors as in some of the other DVDs. They also chat with each other-- and even joke-- throughout all workouts. Sometimes, I feel like some of us take our yoga practice a little TOO seriously; it's nice to have a DVD that is informal and even amusing. I honestly cannot think of a single thing about this DVD that I don't love. January 28, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by not what i was expecting I got this dvd to switch up with my A.M. Yoga dvd in the mornings. I figured I could do 2 of the routines for a good 30 minute workout in the morning. I like the A.M.Yoga waaay better! The tone of this video is more workout-y rather than the quiet, zen-y feel of the other Rodney Yee dvds. So I'm not a fan of the 2 of them together. But overall, it's not a bad workout - especially if you need something quick! Still like A.M. Yoga much more :) March 30, 2011
